Our registered manager will contact you to arramge an assessment. During this visit, they will discuss your needs, desirable outcomes and details of your medication, condition and environment to devise a suitable care plan.
You can have family members or friends present and this will be a great opportunity for you and your loved ones to ask any questions that you may have.
