Frederick began his career as an academic and holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of South Africa, he has since travelled the world as a business consultant. He is also a part time lecturer at the Ashridge Hult business school for executive education.

Frederick brings his knowledge and experience as an academic and business consultant over more than 20 years to provide value and insight to his team and the clients they serve within the local area of Tower Hamlets.

Siobhan has over 15 years of experience in the care sector. Siobhan started her career in care in a Learning Disabilities setting, then progressed into a Dementia specialist care home, then found her way into Domiciliary care and has loved it ever since.

She has a real passion for helping people, a genuine commitment to her clients and team, along with the desire to help people maintain their wishes of remaining in their own homes.

Michelle has worked in care for almost 40 years now. She has worked in just about every aspect of care from hospitals, care homes, reablement and now to domiciliary. Michelle worked as Occupational Therapy Assistant, Carer, Care Assessor and Manager before she settled into live-in care 7 years ago and she loves it.

Michelle firmly believes in having the chance to place a carer to live with a client who needs more than 4 calls a day and allowing them to live in their own home rather than a care home is a special kind of care.
